What is the minimum wholesale order amount?
Minimum order amount for all wholesale orders is $300 U.S. To help assure you in the high quality and exceptional beauty of our products, we can work with you to let you place orders for samples of some items which can be below our regular order minimum.
I don`t see items` prices. What do I do?
Pricing information is only available to registered users with approved accounts. Click here to register new account. If you have already registered and your account has not been approved or you did not hear from us within 24 hours after registration, please send us an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via this link and we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP.
What is "Minimum Order" on the products page?
Some products have minumum required number of items of the same model per order. In such cases, you will see the minimum required number next to the "Minimum Order" label on the products pages. You will be able to purchase the number of such products that is equal or greater than the specified "Minimum Order" number. Enter the desired number of items in the text box next to "Quantity" and clck "Add to cart" button. You will be able to update the number of items later, directly in your cart, but the new number can never be below the "Minimum Order" defined for this product.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Wire transfers, US Money Orders, Certified Checks, all major credit cards and Paypal (PayPal is accepted only within USA and your order may only be shipped to a confirmed address on file with PayPal). On large orders we prefer bank transfers.
Do you accept orders from countries other than U.S.?
Yes, we accept orders from many countries outside of the U.S. We ship our products to the U.K., most continental European countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Israel, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and many other countries. Please refer to the country drop-down list during checkout process to see a full list of the countries that you can order from. If you would like to place an order but do not see your country in the list, please feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
All products that we sell are made by the artisans in Murano, Italy and will normally take about 4-6 weeks to reach you. Traditionally all Murano furnaces are closed the entire month of August, so all orders placed from early July through mid- to late August will likely be delayed. In addition, when large quantities of an item are ordered, the order may be delayed due to the time required to make the required quantity. In such situations we will update you with estimated timing of your order.
Once we receive your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirmation containing the details of your order. You will also be able to log in to your account and view the details of this and any of your past orders at any time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us containing the tracking information.
What are your shipping methods and costs?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We offer free USPS Shipping within the Continental U.S. on orders over $1,000. However, you may choose an alternative shipping method at an extra cost, which will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the package and your ship-to address during the submission of your order. On orders below $1,000 and to all other destinations we offer various shipping options. The shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the destination and the total weight of the articles ordered.
We are experienced in shipping fragile glass products worldwide and package them extremely well to avoid breakage. However, during shipping, accidents may happen, and for this reason we encourage you to report any breakage to us within 5 business days from the receipt of the shipment. We will then request additional information and/or request that you ship the damaged items back to us, and will work with you to replace the damaged articles.
What packaging options do you offer?
For every jewelry item we provide an attractive velvet pouch and a certificate of authenticity at no additional cost. Please see the photos of these items below (click the images to expand them). You can also order special jewelry gift boxes on our website under "Packaging and Display" category. Our gift boxes are gender-neutral and come in gold color that fits any special occasion.
Do you collect sales tax?
As a registered sales vendor in the state of New Jersey, we are obligated to collect NJ State 7% sales taxes on all shipments to the state of New Jersey. However, if you are purchasing the items for resale and are a registered New Jersey State sales tax vendor, we will provide you a Resale Certificate which you will complete and return to us. In this case, we will not charge New Jersey State sales tax. All shipments to locations outside of the state of New Jersey are not subject to any taxes or fees.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
All products that we offer have cleared the U.S. Customs and all appropriate U.S. Customs duties have been paid. If you are located in the USA, no custom duties are due. For our customers outside of the USA, we will supply all necessary documents for the shipment to clear the US customs on its way out. It is your responsibility to handle the customs in the country of receipt. We will not be liable for any Customs dues, tariffs, taxes, and/or fees outside of the USA.
How can I find a particular product on your site?
We have a Search function that allows you to look for specific words and phrases in the names of our products, and Advanced Search function that also allows you to search in product descriptions and/or limit your search to products within a certain price range. To use the basic Search function, just type the words you are looking for into the Search box located in the upper left-hand part of the page right above "Shop by Product" section, and click "Go" to see all products that match the criteria. Example: you can type "gold-plated" into the Search box and press "Go" to see all gold-plated items.
To use Advanced Search, click on "advanced search" link just underneath the Search box. Enter a word or a phrase, and check "Search in Product Descriptions" if you want to see the results based on rpoduct descriptions. You can select a specific product category or "All Categories" in the dropdown box, and check "Include Subcategories" if you'd like to look in the subcategories of the chosen category. Finally, you can set product price limits to only find products that fall within the specified price range. Example: suppose you want to find all blue-colored pendants that cost between $15 and $50 on our site. Click on "advanced search" link underneath the basic Search box on the home page, and enter the word "Blue" into the top box. Select "Pendants" in the Categories drop-down and check "Include Subcategories". Type 15 into "Price From" box and 50 into "Price To" box. Click "Search". You will see all pendants that have Blue in their product names or descriptions and cost between $15 and $50.
I saw a product that I like and would like to find a matching
accessory to make it a set. How can I find a match?
In many cases we have matching earrings, bracelets, brooches and more available for a particular necklace or pendant. There are three ways to find matching products on our site:
1) Look at “We Also Recommend” section on the product details page under the product description (if available). This section shows related or matching items and allows you to scroll through them and click on any of them to see its details.
2) You can use the Search function found on top of the "Shop By Product" section on our Home Page. Just type in the significant word(s) of the product name into the Search box and click "Go" to see all products that have a similar product name. For example, if you are looking for a match to Ca D'Oro Yellow Gold necklace, just type "Ca D'Oro Gold" into the Search box and it will show the Ca D'Oro Yellow Gold necklace and earrings that make up a perfect set. Please see "How can I find a particular product on your site?" section above to get more information on using the Search function.
3) You can find matching products in Collections. Collection is a set of products that have similar design and color scheme. Collections can be found at the end of our "Shop By Product" list (you can see all the Collections listed on the bottom left of every page if you scroll all the way down). For example, to find all matches for the same Ca D'Oro Yellow Gold necklace, you can find Ca D'Oro Collection here and select the matching products among all Ca D'Oro accessories you see. In addition, every product that is a part of a Collection has this information in its description along with the link to that particular Collection, which says "To see the whole collection, please click here"
Can I place a custom order with you?
Yes, we welcome custom orders. In many cases we can work directly with master glassblowers in Murano to create a custom product for you. Please contact us with any custom requests you might have at firstname.lastname@example.org or by following this link and we will do our best to accommodate them.
What if I want an item that is not on your website?
We make every effort to keep our clients satisfied and help them find the Murano glass item they are looking for. Even if we don’t have an item that you want in our inventory, we can work with multiple master glassblowers in Murano to find or create it for you. Do you offer corporate gifts or gifts for special events?
Absolutely! Many of our products make ideal corporate or special event gifts. We will gladly help you select the best corporate gift for your needs. What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products and the wholesale nature of our business we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges on any orders except for replacements of broken items. In certain cases we may be able to offer you returns or exchanges and assess 15% restocking fee. These decisions will be based solely on our judgment which will take into account multiple business factors, and cannot be appealed. Any returns or exchanges MUST be approved by Eurostyle Trading Corp. and no money will be refunded in cases when such approval has not been granted. When approved, items must be returned in original wrapping/packaging in sellable condition unless defective.
